"Today 30 Apr 2025, I visited the LG service centre to purchase an inlet valve for my LG top-load washing machine. Firstly, they denied to providing me an inlet valve because internal parts cannot be sold as per the company policy. They told me to book an appointment first, and technicians will visit to my home with the charge of Rs 769 + GST. I requested with a senior person again to provide me the part, and I will assemble it myself. They agreed and provided me parts with the charge of Rs 640. I came home and assembled the inlet valve in my washing machine. Water is leaking from the inlet valve. I opened the inlet valve with the help of 3 screws (one screw is already missing) and found internal material (spring, metal rod, plastic cap, etc.) was missing. What is the big scam of the service centre? I am shocked to see this and am thinking about "Admi Kitna Niche Gir Gaya Hai 4 paise ke liye?" My motto is to write reviews only for awareness of this type of scam. Please don't go to this service centre🙏"
